Some interesting coffees from China are now available at U.S. ports in March. These are a relatively new development in the U.S. market and perhaps a harbinger of what will come as time unfolds. Chinese coffees may become a far bigger supplier due to the effects of climate change which is curtailing coffee in many of its traditional lands. Look for these at local roasters in the near future.
