TODAY’S COFFEES

TODAY’S COFFEES roasted in San Diego on 4/17/24:

INFLECTION POINT: Hawai’i Kau Coffee Mill washed extra fancy; this means that these are the largest beans with the fewest defects.  It’s their highest grade primo coffee. http://inflectionpoint.coffee

COMPA: Kenya Kirimiri http://compacoffeeroasters.com

MANZANITA: Guatemala Huehuetenango Gesha varietal, washed process. This is a rare bean; if you like Guatemala sharpness and high notes, this is for you—if they have any left, which is unlikely.  El Salvador Black Honey Process Loma La Gloria. Red Bourbon varietal. Another scarce bean. http://manzanitaroasting.com

STEADY STATE: Colombia Santander La Pradera Castillo organic. Castillo varietal, washed process, light roast. Delicate cup state, so it’s said, though we haven’t tried it to confirm. http://steadystateroasting.com

RYAN BROS.: Cowboy Coffee, San Diego Sunrise, Broadway Blend, Old Town. http://ryanbroscoffee.com
